Week 5 & 8

Week 6 & 12

- 1 x fitness assessment 1/2 hr
- 1 x goal setting re-evaluation session 1/2 hr

During the nutrition sessions we will be analyzing your food diary & eating habits and discussing the different elements of a healthy diet together; such as carbohydrates, protein, fats, water & hydration etc, and enjoying some time out shopping for groceries together.
The Health & Fitness assessment sessions involve simple tests to benchmark your fitness levels. These include really basic push up, sit up & flexibility tests. During these sessions I will mark down your girth measurements & weight so we can track your progress together. Other health indicator tests are included such as Resting Heart Rate test.
By participating in all of these sessions on a regular basis YOU WILL SUCCEED IN LOSING WEIGHT, INCREASING TONE & GETTING FITTER & STRONGER.
